Policy Statement
The policy statement is formulated by top management and approved by the General Manager. It is prominently displayed at strategic locations throughout the organization and made available to the public.
Communication of the Quality Policy
The quality policy is communicated to all employees at all levels through training, regular internal communications, and reinforcement during annual performance reviews. Employee understanding of our policies and objectives is assessed during internal audits.
Commitment to Continual Improvement
The policy statement includes the company’s commitment to continual improvement. This policy is displayed in selected areas within the organization’s premises.
Quality Goals
Our overall quality goal is to fulfill the requirements of the quality policy, maintain the integrity of the management system, and continually improve its effectiveness. The objectives to achieve these goals are:
- Timely response to customers’ requirements
- Preventive actions for quality improvements
- Customer satisfaction
- Create positive and motivated workforce and environment
- Ensure employees are constantly updated with latest technologies and trends
